Good morning respected principal sir, teachers, dear students and everyone, today I am here to give a speech on Environment. So the surrounding in which we live is called environment, the source of living. Life depends on the environment, it directs our life and gives proper growth of development. Nature and environment fulfill all the needs of the human being for food, water, shelter but what we return back to the nature that is only bad things.
1) Human effects on environment
Human is hugely responsible for degenerating the natural resources which in turn negatively effect to the environment. In modern lifestyle, the human actions directly have the great impact on the environment. Due to a busy life, people are involved in their work and stay away from the environment.
Human should take the responsibility to save the natural resources for good and healthy environment. Continuously increasing population is affecting the forests. Cutting down trees for the human needs is affecting the environment and giving rise to the global warming.
The disturbance in the natural cycle between environment and life on the earth is the biggest problem for the survival of humans on the earth. Day by day increase in pollution and depletion of natural resources is very dangerous for life. There are two types of the environment known as the natural environment and built environment. The natural environment is one which exits naturally and the one which is built by man such as cities etc. is called built environment.
2) Natural effects on environment
The environment is also affected naturally like volcanic eruptions, floods, droughts, tsunami etc. are the reasons for declining the environment. Human activities causing some other natural calamities such as deforestation, global warming, pollution, etc. These factors are also responsible for the environment.
3) Benefits of environment
As we all are aware that we live on the earth which is surrounded by different types of surroundings known as the environment, where we eat healthily, breathe freshly, and live safely. This is the benefits of the natural environment. We cannot survive on the planet of the earth if there was no water, air, land. It is said that a human body is made up of five elements that are air, water, land, fire, and sky, and this all elements are also present in the environment.
4) Need to save environment
The physical environment on this planet provides all of us a required and favorable condition and supports the existence and growth of every form of life. Both natural and physical environment is provided by nature. All living beings makes another environment called biological environment. This both environment is connected with each other and makes a natural system for the life survival on earth. If the biological environment is disturbed physical environment automatically gets disturbed. So both the environment is affecting the human life, basically, we can say that it is necessary to save our environment.
