Nice question buddy!!

Arginase is manganese containing enzyme. In mammals, two isozymes of this exist- Arginase I and Arginase II.
Arginase I functions in the urea cycle. It is primarily located in the cytoplasm of the liver. Arginase II is a mitochondrial enzyme that is expressed in most tissues including kidney.
HOPE IT HELPS!!!!!
