This happened in the year 1789 where the king ordered an open fire on the citizens and against this, some citizens attacked the buildings of the government. 

While this attack was being done the commander in chief died and because of this the Bastille lost its reputation and was demolished by the group of people. 

After this incident a lot of other riots and protests took place in Paris, this incident was the start of the French Revolution so this incident became the epicenter of panic movement in France and was named as Bastille Attack.

In 1789 the epicenter of the main panic movement in France was Bastile Attack. The king of France ordered his army to open fire on civilians under his regime. Due to this cruel attack people stood against king and occupied important government buildings.
All this result into fall of king and France historic revolution, that's why this incident is called as epicenter of the main panic movement in France.
