In the first line Caesar tells Metallus Cimber not to plead for his (Cimber's) brothers enfranchisment, knowing he had done wrong.

In the Second line, Caesar tells Cimber that if he continues to couch before him , then he(Caesar) would kick him like a dog(spurn.... Cur) out of his(Cesar's) way.

In the third line Caesar says that, all the people present there knew that Caesar never does anything wrongly, neither with a reason nor any cause.
