No, rectangle is not a regular polygon because a regular polygon is a type of polygon with all the angles and sides equal. But in case of rectangle, although angles are equal ( i.e. 90%) ,it is not regular polygon because it's sides are not equal in length.

An equilateral triangle is a regular polygon with all it's angles and sides equal.
