Equal lengths of magnesium ribbons are taken in test tubes A and B. Hydrochloric acid is added to test tube A while acetic acid is added to test tube B. Amount and concen tration taken for both the acids are same. In which test tube will the fizzing occur more vigorously and why?

magnesium when it react with hcl it gives mgcl2. hcl is a inorganic acid and it react more vigorously. where as acetic acid is a weak acid and it react less vigorously
