Equal mass of air are sealed in 2 vessels, one of volume V and the other of volume 2V. If the first vessel is maintained at temperature 300 K and the other at 600 K, find the ratio of the pressures in the two vessels.
Ans= 1:1

pv = nRT

p = nRT/v

p = T/v

p1 = 300/v

p2 = 600/2v

p1/p2

300/v/600/2v

300/v * 2v/600

= 1/1
