NH4OH + (NH4)2SO4 ——→ 3NH3 + SO3 + 2H2O

As the resulting mixture has ammonia and sulphur trioxide . Both are fairly weak basses so the resulting solution will have a pH value greater than 7. But if water reacts with SO3 then the solution will turn towards acidic character due to the formation of sulphioric acid :-)
