according to avagadro hypothesis, equal volume of all gases contain equal no. of molecules (no. of atoms can vary due to different gases having different atomicity) at same temperature and pressure.

according to ideal gas equation,

Pv=nRt where,

p is pressure (kept same for all gases)

v is volume of gas (given to be equal)

n is no. of moles

R is universal Gas constant (same for all gases)

t is temperature (given to be same)

=> all gases maintained at same temperature and pressure, no. of moles are equal. this implies that the no.of molecules are also equal.
