hafeezhtech: y =80/10 => y = 8

⇒ 10y = 100 - 20

⇒ 10y = 80

∴ y = 8

So, we will shift 20 from LHS to RHS,

So, we will get it as,

10y+20=100\\10y=100-20\\10y=80\\y=\frac{80}{10} \\y=8

Hence, value of "y" in above equation will be 8.
