Consider a body moving with initial velocity "u". After "t" seconds, its velocity becomes "v".

Initial velocity = u
Final velocity = v
Change in velocity = v-u
Rate of change in velocity = (v-u)/t
We know that rate of change in velocity = acceleration, "a"
a = (v-u)t
Cross multiplying, we get at = v-u

Hope this helped you...
Plz mark as brainliest if it helped...
Glad to help you.. :)
