Now we know that

slope =  \tan(theta) \\    \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: =  \tan(45)   \\ m= 1

c= intercept =(-3)

y=(1)x+(-3)=x-3

The required line is y=x-3.
