we have
x=4 and y=-3
and if it's parallel to y axis.
then the x co-ordinate(abcissa) is constant.
which means X=4 for all possible values of y
so we have the equation
x+0y=4
or
x=4.

therefore its intersect the x axis at 4
y=0
Req. eq of the line is x= 4
