You use (y1-y2)/(x1-x2) so in this case (3–2)/(-2–2) to get a slope of 1/-4… slope = m

then y-y1=m(x-x1)

written another way y=(-1/4)(x+2)+3

thats your QR line

Your PQ line is perpendicular so it’s got the opposite reciprocal slope.

PQ should be y=4(x+2)+3
