The line is equidistant from

1)3x+4y-5=0
2)3x+4y-13=0
is 3x+4y+k =0
where k is the mean of -5 and -13(constant of (1) and (2)
k= -5-13/2
k=-18/2
k= -9

So the equation of line is

3x + 4y  - 9 = 0
