Equator and Tropic of Capricorn pass through Brazil. Equator passes through northern Brazil, so northern Brazil's climate is hot and humidity thought year. The Tropic of Capricorn is crossing southern Brazil. Therefore, temperate climate is experiencing in southern Brazil. It means it's hot in summer and cold in winter. The Tropic of Cancer is passing nearly in the middle of India. India's southern part is close to the Equator. Hence India experiencing tropical and subtropical climate types. India also has a climate type of monsoon since the Monsoon winds influence its climate. India and Brazil both have a long coastline that affects their climate. While Brazil receives rainfall from the winds of South East and North East Trade. Due to winds of South West Monsoon causes rainfall in India.
