CaCl2 is correct answer because calcium is more basic then all of the above.

Answer: MgCl2 is the correct answer

Explanation: in case of MgCl2 there will be no cationic hydrolysis and no anionic hydrolysis  so the pH of the solution will be 7

in rest of options there will be cationic hydrolysis so pH will be less than 7
