we know,

So, S = 4 × 10⁻⁵ × 1000/400 = 10⁻⁴
Now, BaSO₄ ⇔ Ba²⁺ + SO₄²⁻
Ksp = [Ba²⁺] [SO₄²⁻] = S² = 10⁻⁴ × 10⁻⁴ = 10⁻⁸ M²
Hence, Ksp value is 10⁻⁸ M² , option (B) is correct answer
