equivalent mass = molecular mass/ n- factor

We know, for monobasic acid , n - factor will be 1

so, equivalent mass = Molecul mass in case of monobasic acid .

Now, molarity = Given Weight/molecular mass. × volume of solution {in L}

1 = 6g/molecular mass × 0.1L

molecular mass = 60g/mol

Hence, equivalent mass = Molecular mass = 60g

Hence answer is 60g
