Explanation:

The two 2Ω resistors at the left have same potential. Therefore equivalent resistance = 2×2/ 2+2 = 1Ω.

This resistance is in series with the resistor in the left.

∴ Resistance = 1+2 = 3Ω

This is  parallel with the resistor at the bottom.

∴ Equivalent resistance = 3×2/3+2 = 1.2Ω
