Hi dear !!!

since , combination is in parallel so .

equivalent resistance 1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2

=> 1/10 + 1/10

=> 2/10

R = 5Ω

I hope it help you !!!

thanks !!

here is your answer

Given, R1= 10ohm= R2

Now, Remember

when resistance are connected in parallel then

Combined resistance,1/R= 1/R1 + 1/R2 ....+1/Rn where Rn is the last resistor.

According to QUESTION=

1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2

=>1/R = 1/10 + 1/10

=>1/R = 10+10/100

=>1/R = 20/100

=>1/R = 1/5 ohm.

So, R= 5 ohm

HENCE, equivalent resistance is 5 ohm.

Thanks
