The reaction is as follows:

C6H12O6 + 602 = 6CO2 + 6H2O

Molecular mass of glucose is calculated as follows:

The atomic weight of carbon is 12 AMU

The atomic weight of Hydrogen is one AMU

 And the atomic weight of oxygen is 16 (6*12)+ (1*12) + (16*6)

=72+12 +96

=180 g
