Answer:

)At the beginning of the play, he has just arrived in Ephesus. The years of searching have made this Antipholus restless and anxious: he worries that in searching for his lost family members, he has somehow lost himself.

)He calls his attendant "a trusty villain" and explains that S. Dromio often makes ... S. Antipholus thinks his servant must be kidding around.

)hen Antipholus and Dromio of Ephesus arrive, they find their door locked against them. Enraged, Antipholus of Ephesus decides to give a gold chain that he ordered for Adriana to the Courtesan instead.

)While the master and slave converse and jest, Adriana and Luciana come upon them, mistaking them for Antipholus of Ephesus and his Dromio. Adriana immediately accuses the man she believes to be her husband of infidelity and rebukes him for violating his own promise of love and their marriage bed.

)As Antipholus of Syracuse walks about town wearing the gold chain, Dromio of Syracuse appears with the bail money. When the Courtesan appears and demands the chain he promised, Antipholus believes she too is a witch and makes a speedy exit. The Courtesan decides to go to Adriana and inform her that her husband is mad.
