Unity is strength', this proverb has a very huge significance in every walk of life. For making and bringing a change the contribution of people at large is very essential, that's why individualistic efforts do play vital role but unless these efforts get together as a whole there are less chances of getting the objectives. Before discussing the major issue, let's first of all understand what does integrity mean? How is it different from unity? Integrity is a kind of unity which is not only because of agreement or some vested interest. But it is something being together , mentally, geographically as well as emotionaly. Now if we want to sustain, retain and promote this integrity our collective efforts will play a pivotal role in it, then that of merely individualistic efforts. So public support is very much indispensable in promotion of integrity. Now move on to the corruption. In India especially this problem has weaken our very roots of development and mutual progress. A few greedy people's greed has put the livelihood of millions of underprivileged and weaker sections of our society at skate. For eradication of this menace individualistic initiative matters but when public would be more determined and concerned about its abolition, then only this problem can be uprooted. Now let me rectify my argument. Supppose in a state there are some corrupt people be it politicians, bureaucrats, businessmen, or any grade government employee. If people of the state take any intiative that threatns the evil will of these bunch of people then they will think hundred times before doing any illegal or corrupt practice. Which will establish a precedent for generations to come, and this problem will mitigate and finally eradicate the problem of corruption. But every step of these concerned people should be legal, corruption free and non violent in itself.
