EXPERIMENT:first ,a mice was kept in chamber 1 ,and when it began memorising the chamber,a group of neurons called ENGRAMS were marked with radioactive material.Later the mouse was moved to chamber 2 which was completely different from chamber 1.the mouse was made to receive an electric shock in chamber 2,and these ENGRAMS were also marked with radioactive material.later it was again kept in chamber 1 and the ENGRAMS of 2nd case were activated.now,the mouse was physically in chamber 1 but showed response to shock(although it was given shock in chamber 2 and both chamber were completely different)..thus.. manipulation of memory was done.
