Error messages should be represented in technical jargon because they are mainly addressed to the people who are capable of understanding the jargons.

Also they should indicate the underlying technical problem to the user because otherwise the user or the programmer has to go through the entire program from the part where the error occurred.

Therefore, if the underlying problem is mentioned, it gets easier for the user.

Error messages should be represented in technical jargon indicating underlying technical problem to the user.

Representing error messages in technical jargon enables technical support to easily diagnose and find a solution to a problem.

This statement can be seen in both a positive and negative light.  One the flip side, representing error messages in technical jargon can prevent many end users from understanding the problem. This can lead to a lot of frustration especially if the users have no technical side.
