it occurs when father is rh+ and mother is rh-
when mother give first child it is rh+(come from father sperm) but mother is rh- so mother developed some antigen for rh+
when mother give 2nd birth of child is rh+ then it comes problem as mother developed antigen and reaction happened it gives defective child called erythroblastosis foetals
