Jab hum exams me kisi bhi ques ka ans likhte hai too kya agar hm ans past me likhte hai to usme present form ka use galat hoga????
Aur agar hum past me likhna shuru kare and koi second line present me likhde too kya vo galt hai?​

There are exceotions only for universal truths like....

Here, both tenses are used as the fact stated by Ramesh is an universal truth.
