In our busy life, it is normal for everyone to have stress. Being stressed out for a long period of time is not healthy for human being, so people have to find a way to reduce stress. Some people reduce stress by reading, while others do by working in their gardens. In my case, doing exercise is the best way to mitigate stress because my mind gets empty while moving my body and I feel refreshed after exercising.

To begin with, exercise help me get empty my mind because I can really focus on my body movement. For example, when I am playing tennis, I am so concentrated on how to and where to hit the ball that I can't think of any other things. When I am swimming, I am focused on my breath and the movement of my body and I don't think of other things. That is why it is the best way for me to empty my mind.

In addition to emptying my mind, doing exercise offers me satisfaction and enjoyable time. Let's take the same example of playing tennis. Every time I play, I can see the slight improvement in my skills, which makes me very happy. Also I can't play tennis by myself, so I always have friedns to play with. When we play a game, we have a great time together running around the court and sometime laughing. After playing tennis, I am so refreshed and all the negative things that caused me stress are gone.

To sum up, although there are so many ways of mitigating stress, doing exercise is the perfect way for me to release stress becasue I can't have any negative emotion or frustration during exercise and I feel very refreshed and happy after exercise.
