One day I was returning from the school. I was walking on the pavement along with some of my friends. We were discussing our examination paper. Suddenly, we heard a loud bang behind us. We turned back and found that two buses, coming from the opposite direction, had collided with one another. The front portion of one of the buses was completely damaged. Its driver died on the spot. The driver of the other bus was seriously injured. Many passengers were seriously injured. A large crowd gathered. Some people with cars rushed the injured to the hospital. I called the police and ambulance. A child of about 10 years also died on the spot. His mother was inconsolable. Another old person was bleeding profusely. Soon the ambulance arrived and took him to the hospital. It was really a very miserable sight. Among the crowd some miscreants were also there. I saw those snatching chains from the injured ladies’ neck. I could catch one of such miscreant and handed him to the police. Throughout the day, I could not eat or drink anything. The thought of the accident sends shiver into my spine even to this day.
Answer:
This story below is witnessed by my best friend.
Explanation:
Okay, so my younger siblings and I were riding our bikes in the front yard. It was a few hours after school on a Friday, so we didn’t have to worry about doing our homework being that there was no school the next day. So I was riding my bicycle while joking about (I don’t remember exactly, probably something about monkeys), with my younger sister.
When suddenly there was a loud screeching noise, and we saw a motorcycle hit a tree just in front of our front gate. There was a family of 4 riding the motorcycle. The parents, 2 little girls about the age of 2–3 and a baby. We were stunned by the sudden accident but my older brother (who was watching us play) ran quickly inside the house to get my mom and dad.
The moment I heard one of the girls’ scream I immediately told my younger siblings to get inside the house. My parents rushed to help the family, my dad helping the father whose leg was stuck beneath the motorcycle while my mom and older brother help the mother. The memory is quite blurry but I do remember there was lots of blood. Lots of it.
But the worse thing that scared me until now is the baby. The 2 little girls only have minor injuries but the baby, oh my God the baby. The baby got thrown about 5 metres away from them. I remember very clearly the mother crying histerically when she held her baby and the second I saw the baby’s head covered with blood and the way the baby’s little hand dangle lifelessly on her side, my heart stops and I quickly looked away.
One of my elementary school teacher happened to pass by my house and saw the accident. He didnt even think twice when he volunteered to take them to the hospital. Even after they left to the hospital, I kept praying for the baby.
I never knew what happened to the family or the baby after that.
