Nowadays, as population is increasing the demand for water is increasing. People use to waste water rather than saving it. We need to conserve it. Water conservation is necessary as if not done a day will come when there will be no water left for human use. Rainwater can be stored and can be used later on other household activities. In some of parts of rajasthan people use "tanka system" to store water as those areas receive less rainfall and usually have a shortage of water. Those tanks are installed either or the roof of the houses or under the ground. They can use it for their household activities in the hot summers. Water is an essential part of our life and hence we need to conserve it. We should spread awareness among the people regarding conservation of water. If we are using it then we are responsible to save it. Rivers and lakes are getting polluted and hence making the water unfit for drinking. Waste materials should be buried somewhere but should not be thrown into the water bodies. Rivers should be saved and cleaned. If we'll not conserve water... A day will come when mostly every part on the earth will be a drought prone area. So its important to conserve water.
