Good books enrich our mind with the good thoughts and knowledge just like a good friend. We cannot feel alone in the company of books. We gain the knowledge and learn many good things while reading a good book. The books written by good and experienced personality helps us to become a better human being and also inspires us. It teaches us how to serve the society in the best possible way.

The books are the best time pass when we are alone, we pick up a book and start reading to feel relaxed and it also provides knowledge. Books are the best friends because they always inspire us to do great things in life and it helps us to overcome our failures. We learn a lot from books just like a good friend. Books can be good or bad, but it is our responsibility to choose them wisely. The friendship with good books makes you good person and friendship with bad books make you a bad person. Books will always be there for you in your bad times.

Books teach us to dream for good things in your life. It brings positive thinking and goods values to our life. Some people love the company of nature and some love the company of books. A book is the map of man’s life and the life in nature. Every page of a great book is a store-house of man’s best and noblest thoughts. In a library, you will meet all these mighty minds of the world.

Books as our friend in life

In this time and age, claiming that you read books may stir shocking glances and remarks from people around you. Don’t worry, it has always been this way since the concept of reading and writing began. However, unlike the ancient times where reading and writing was a rich man’s affair, nowadays anybody can get access to books.

The irony is that majority of people do not want to read books. Reading is so unpopular to the point that people would rather grapple in life, ignoring the fact that whatever they are seeking is more than likely in books. It is actually a fact that our world leaders, the richest people and all the people who make a difference on earth are avid readers.

Books are my best friends- not because I’m socially awkward and I’m unable to get human friends. It is because books carry a lot of treasures that no human being has. You can have a friend that is caring and loving, but completely lacking in the intellectual side of things. This is why I need books: to compliment wherever my human friends lack. Books have their own limitations also.
