The sport for which when I first enjoyed playing is badminton. It being the first game I played has a deep impact on my mind. A fast paced game like badminton always make a player more confident and concentrated towards his work. It helps to increase the focus of a person. Our country has a long list of talented badminton players among which are kidambi srikanth, saina nehwal, PV sindhu and others. Recently Sindhu won the world badminton championship. We are the and should be the true descenders of such badminton athletes. The game can be played single or doubles. One have to score 21 points to win each set. There are 5 sets or 3 sets according to the rules of the championship. The player who wins most of the sets is declared the winner. In a nutshell, the game is a spontaneous one. Like any other game it will provide both mental and physical endurance to a person. I will definitely recommend everyone to play this game and enjoy the better part of it.
