        the  term  normally  relates  to  all  kind  of  waste  whether  generated  during  the  extraction  of  raw  material , the  processing  of  raw  material  into  intermediate  and  final  products , the  consumption  on  final  products , or  other  human  activities  including  municipal  agricultural  and  social  waste  management  is  intended  to  reduce  adverse  effects  of  waste  on  health , the  environment  or  aesthetics .
