Air and water are among the most important need of the living organisms to be alive. A day without any of these basic requirements is very difficult to imagine. Water constitutes of the 70% of the human body. One can live without water a full day but the body needs 7-8 glasses of water every day. The process of digestion and filtration is only possible if we consume a lot of water every day. The working capacity of an individual gets slower and it lowers down if the whole day the person didn't consume water. The efficiency and the productivity of the person decreases and the body becomes weak.
