Essay on “A teacher who made a difference in my life”
Answers
My Mathematics teacher is a very nice person. She is very patient and kind. She is an expert in the subject and explains the lessons nicely. I have never seen her being rude to anyone. She talks lovingly with everyone. She is tall and graceful. Her voice has a soothing effect.
She does not mind explaining the sum again if we do not understand. Sometimes she uses different methods to make us understand the sum correctly. We are not scared to ask her any questions because we know that she will help us and not shout at us for being dull witted. That is why all the students in my class do well in Mathematics.
Actually I was very poor in Mathematics. Out of all the subjects I used to get the lowest grade in Mathematics. I had developed a fear of the subject and used to feel that I can never understand it. I used to feel inferior to the others. But when I came to this teacher's class things became much easier. Somehow I felt my confidence rising in her presence. She was so patient with me, she explained the sum to me separately and even went to the extent of encouraging me and saying that I was a fast learner.
She worked wonders in my life. Mathematics became interesting. Soon I started getting good grades and even topped in the class. I owe all this to my teacher who boosted my self confidence and made Mathematics fun for me.
