ANSWER :

Time as presented by clocks and schedules and used by people is a construct made by people to describe a fundamental reality of our existence. In just the same way we use miles to describe distances or lbs to describe mass.

As to what we would do if there was no “time”. The answer is we would do pretty much what we do now. We would perhaps not be as precise in our arrivals and departures etc but the rest of life would go on. I suspect that we would turn to other methods to mark different intervals thoughout the day. Just like they did before clocks were created.
