The Teams- The match was between Dinesh Club and Umesh Club Teams. Both the teams are well known teams of our town. They were wearing white shirts and white trousers. The players looked very smart in the dress.
The Match- Dinesh Club team won the toss. The captain decided to bat. Hari was the opening batsman. My brother scored fifty runs in spite of fast bowling. Total runs reached in ninty three. There were only seven runs short for the century. After interval Umesh Club took batting. The first pair could not score any run and left the field. The team played well and scored ninty five runs. The captain himself scored seventy five runs. This team proved stronger than my brother’s. Umesh Club team won the match. But public praised Dinesh Club team too.
