Baba Fateh Singh ji and Baba Zorawar Singh ji were the youngest sons of Guru Gobind Singh, one of the 10 highly venerated Sikh Gurus.
On 12th December, 1705, the two Babas embraced martyrdom instead of converting to Islam after being coerced by Nawab Wazir Khan, the then faujdar of Sirhind.
The Babas along with their mother were imprisoned inside a cold tower.
When they refused to budge and convert, they were sealed alive in a wall.
