When Patol Babu received an offer to work in a film, he was excited and remembered how he used to be in demand as an actor. But, he came to know that the role was a small one in which he had to run into the hero and say a single word 'Oh '. At first he was disappointed, but then he recalled the advice of his mentor that no dialogue is too small for a real actor, and one must perform the role whole- heartedly. He practiced the dialogue with different intonations and satisfactorily played his part. Later he returned home feeling contented without bothering to wait for his payment. The satisfaction of giving his best performance was enough for him. Through this, we can say that Patol Babu was passionate for acting.
