In today's world beauty is described in many different ways by many different people . Each person has a desire to be beautiful according to the idea of beauty that the society encourages . Many who unfortunately do not reach these expectations are considered to not be very pleasing to look at or in other words ugly . Many women even men suffer from depression, anxiety and stress disorder etc . But what some if not most people fail to understand is that our system that tells us we are not beautiful, it has created unrealistic expectations for us and the only reason to this is to cotrol us and easily make us their puppets to play with . So it is important to recognize that you are beautiful . A person who recognizes this can be very optimistic they see beauty in every thing and are not brought down by the expectations of the society.
