AFTER SCHOOL, WHAT TO EXPECT
Are you almost completing your studies and you are tired sick of what awaits you out there? or are you the kind who just cant wait to complete school and start working? at least that is what most people think. Most students do not know that it is a challenge out there. There is a common saying that do not grow up, it is a trick. This couldn't be any more true. Life after school is for lack of a better word bitter sweet. A lot of pressure, bills to pay, marriage, competition, work hustles, there is a lot going on out there that if you are not well prepared to face it head on, you end up losing it. See, there are those who are so lucky that immediately after school they get jobs. Now, that is a different story. There are those who have to look for jobs for months and months. There are those who take years to get one. There are also those who never land any job at all despite sending in applications every single day. Now, that is where the frustrations begins. I have seen some young graduates who end up killing themselves. I am not saying you will do this, but just to prepare you that it is not all rosy out there. Life is tough out there. Even those working are not satisfied, just so you know. Work pressure is real. As yo complete your studies and go out in the job market, go with an open mind. Just in case things do not work out the way you expected, suckle it up, stand tall and move on. Do not let frustrations weigh you down because i can assure you you will be frustrated.
