Answer:

Brain Drain

Braindrain refers to the migration of professional classes particularly engineers, doctors, scientists, scholars and others to the more advanced countries having better and bigger opportunities for development of their talents and employment. In a developing country like ours these opportunities are mostly missing and they feel frustrated. Then these people are left with no option but to leave their motherland where they have born and educated. The countries where Indian talents mostly migrate include the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Canada. Recently Australia has emerged the latest latent destination for Indian professionals and scholars. Another major reason why these people go abroad to try their fortunes apart from the opportunities for far salaries and advanced reasearch facilities there, is the existence of rampant corruption prevalent in the very system of recruitment of scholars and appointment of professionals of all levels here. India loses every year thousands of brilliant scholars and efficient professionals who go out from our country and settle in advanced countries accepting their citizenship. They devote and dedicate themselves to the development of these countries depriving their motherland. To check the braindrain from our country, it is absolutely urgent and impressive on the part of the government to offer better and greater facilities for advanced studies, reasearch and definitely ensure appointment providing decent salaries, India can ill-afford to miss the services of these talented youths who can contribute their mite to the development of the country. Now India not only needs to curb this exodus of scholars and professionals but also entice at least a chunk of the already migrated population back home.
