Essay on brain drain
Answers
Brain Drain .
Brain Drain refers to the transport of skilled professionals and talented people.
This is a term generally used to define the relocation of professionals from one part of the country or the World to the other .
This leads to considerable loss and is dependent on various factors.
The economic development of the country is hampered.
The professionals are forced to be transported and they are attracted by better pay of salary , better facilities and other factors as well.
It may happen that the place where the professionals are living does not have good conditions , infrastructure and valuable resources.
For example : most professionals in India migrate to foreign countries like US and UK which helps them to get better facilities as well as salary.
But it leads to great loss of economy for our country.
This is because the person had grown up using our resources but now he is going to enjoy other country's resources where the profit of the person will come to the Government of that country.
Thus this is very misleading for the economy of the country .
It results in the decrease of the economical development of several poorly developed countries.
It increases the strength of strongly developed countries.
It also hampers the way of living of the professionals and may lead them to corrupt practices.
The main cause of Brain Drain in India is over-population and poor economy.
This had led to poor infrastructures where people cannot get the best jobs which they can get the same in other countries.
The over-population factor leads to intense competition and availability of less jobs.
In other countries , there are vacancies for the same job.
Hence people will be attracted towards them.
However , the Brain Drain can be stopped by us if we protest against the Government and try to persuade the Government to introduce new amendments and laws.
Brain Drain ultimately is harmful for the Government and the country.
