Are child able to bear the punishment given as adult?
No. Children who don't know about the world and ideals of world are not to be punished but it is for teach them, that what is wrong and what is right.
Their brain is not completely stable and don't work like adult.
So they must not be thought to behave like adult.

Therefore child crime must be stopped and if done, the criminal must be punished severly.
