hey!!

here is ur answer !!

====================================

COAL

Coal is a combustible solid stratified rock of organic and mineral matter. Mainly it is composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and small amount of sulphur and phosphorus. Coal is formed by the accumulation of vegetable matters in swampy or dealtic areas,coastal plans and basin lowlands.
Coal are of three type of varieties : (1) Anthracite Coal (2) Bituminous Coal (3) Lignite (4 ) Peat

=========================

✳️ USES OF THE COAL

Mainly coals are used for running machines, trains, ships etc. In manufacturing process of Iron coals are used. We use coal for domestic purpose too for burning etc. Coal is also used in metallurgical process..
____________________

✔️ANTHRACITE :

⭕️It is highest and it ramks highest among the coals.

⭕️It is shiny in nature and burns slowly without realising smoke.

⭕️They are mainly found in Jammu and Kashmir.

⭕️It is good for domestic purpose as it is a smokeless fuel.

⭕️ It is used in metallurgical process.

✔️BITUMINOUS COAL

⭕️Hard ,Black and mainly used for cooking purpose.

⭕️ It is found in Gondwana coal fields.

⭕️It is used to produce coke, coal gas and hence known as cooking coal.

⭕️It is used for domestic purpose in high grade.

✔️LIGNITE

⭕️ It is a lower grade coal.

⭕️It is comprises of less combustible matter and a good deal of moisture.

⭕️It is found in Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, West Bengal ,Kerela etc..

⭕️It is mostly used for generating electricity.

✔️Peat

⭕️It has least content of carbon.

⭕️It occurs on the Nilgiri mountains in patches, and in the plains of the coastal areas.

As we all know , India ranks third in the world after the USA and China in coal production. Raniganj in West Bengal is the oldest coal field in India and the largest is in Jharia in Jharkhand.

========================

✳️ Why we need to save coal and how we can save it?

As there is limited reserves of coal in India and resource wise coal occupies the place of pride in the list of mineral resource in India so we need to save coal...

¤ Methods of saving coal were :

As we all know coal is mostly used for creating electricity in India and abroad for home and official purpose.

So to save coal we need to save electricity first by taking steps of saving electricity in home and in our working place..

hope this helps u!!

3) Bituminous
4) Anthracite

========== PEAT ===========
=>
1) peat is the first stage of the transformation.
2) peat is the most important stage in the coal.
3) the peat contains less than the 40 to 55 % carbon.

========= LIGNITE ===========

1) This is one of the brown coal
2) This lignite is contained in the 40 to 55% carbon
3) This lignite stage is called intermediate stage

======== BITUMINOUS ==========

==============

1) This coal is contained in 40 55 % of  carbon
2)This coal is used in the production of gas
3) This coal is most available coal on the earth

============ ANTHRACITE =============

1) This coal is contained of 80 to 95 % of the carbon
2) This is the 2nd most available coal on the earth
3) This is one of the hard coal
4) In India, this coal is mainly found near the Jammu Kashmir
