Tiny Himalayan state Sikkim has found its first CoVID patient today to lose its 'No Corona State' status. It was the last Indian state without any CoVID patient. Sikkim started taking very tight pro-active steps even before onset of nationwide lockdown to remain out of the clutch of this pandemic.
As learnt, the 25 years old patient was in Delhi for his coaching for UPSC exam. He used to reside in a paying guest accommodation in Haiderpur area of the capital city. He returned home on the 17th May in a bus with 12 others. Among them, three were from South Sikkim
