hello how are you all ?? so today I'm going to speak about fast food. fast food are common now a days. it is harmful for us. it causes a lot of diseases. and can let your immune system weak.so,that it can't fight with various diseases.it is good for our mouth taste it tastes good , enjoyable for eating and harmful as well . we can have fast food only on special occasion. not every day. it can cause harm if you eat it every day and you will be dizzy,lazy,weak etc. so,eat healthy food every day don't eat much junk food thank you
