The Universe, the sun, the moon, the stars, and the earth --with all of its splendor and glory-- the trees and the vegetation, the rivers, the oceans, the animals, and the humans. Then, perhaps the next best gift to humanity is the first amendment as enshrined in the constitution of the United States of America, with all of its enumerated freedoms. --Freedom of speech, religion, press, opinion, association etc--. The authors of this constitution, commonly referred to as the founding fathers, held the belief that “These rights are endowed to us by our creator and not our government or any man”. One excerpt of the declaration of independence reads:
