You cant compare an apple to an orange. “Good job” and “good human being” are not dependent on each other

You can be a good or bad human being but still get a good job

You can be a good “ Human being “ and get a good or bad job

being a good human being helps you through out life, your mental peace and happiness can get jobs and many other good things life, provided you qualify and work hard towards them.

Not going to school and being a good human being will not take you very far in this materialistic world
